Why I Started Rich Results LLC

For most of my career, I worked inside philanthropy and nonprofit organizations, helping bring ideas to life.

I had the privilege of supporting initiatives connected to more than $100 million in funding and partnerships, working alongside nonprofits, schools, foundations, and community leaders deeply committed to making a difference. The work was meaningful, collaborative, and rooted in improving outcomes for communities.

Identifying the Challenge

But over time, one thing kept standing out to me. So many organizations had powerful ideas and strong missions, yet struggled to translate those ideas into clear strategies, sustainable funding, and measurable impact.

Not because the passion wasn’t there.

Because the time, capacity, and strategic support often weren’t.

Many leaders were balancing immediate needs while also trying to think long-term. They were navigating funding pressures, partnership development, program growth, and community expectations all at once. Great ideas existed, but moving from vision to execution often felt overwhelming.

The Creation of Rich Results LLC

That realization is what led me to start Rich Results LLC.

I created Rich Results to help organizations move ideas forward in a way that is strategic, actionable, and sustainable. My work focuses on helping nonprofits, schools, foundations, and community organizations:

• Align funding, partnerships, and programs for long-term sustainability

• Design initiatives that are both impactful and executable
